Jr NTR Missed The Pride Moment Of Telugus

It is a proud moment for the whole of Telugu people with a special commemorative coin celebrating the centenary birth year of legendary NT Rama Rao getting launched today. The President of India, Smt Droupadi Murmu released the coin at Rahstrapathi Bhavan and in her speech, hailed the legend for his life and times. However, Jr NTR missed the event.

Saying that NTR breathed life into prominent characters like Lord Rama and others through his acting prowess, The President stated that people started worshipping him for the same reason. She also stated that NTR even expressed the pain of the common people and gave social messages as well through his movies. And she recalled how NTR’s public welfare programs are remembered even today as he created a new chapter in Indian politics. She stated that his image would be imprinted in the hearts of Telugu people forever.

With the whole Nandamuri family attending the event, excluding the likes of Jr NTR and Kalyan Ram, the group photo looked quite impressive. However, rather than making this a family affair, some other prominent personalities who have worked with NTR and who belong to the political and movie class of his time, should have made their presence felt.
