Approximately 1,600 WhatsApp groups have already been created for this purpose. Reportedly, the new plan is to create 10,000 WhatsApp groups to facilitate efficient outreach and engagement.
This stratVijayegy of using WhatsApp groups to connect with constituents and address their concerns is reminiscent of the approach taken by MDMK leader Vijayakanth in the past.
On the other hand, there are also reports that Vijay may not be looking at contesting in all the constituencies.
