Star Hero’s Ten Films In Progress!

It is needless to say that Akshay Kumar is one of the busiest star heroes in Bollywood. He is known to release at least four or five films each year, though most of them end up as disasters. To everyone’s surprise, Akshay has a big list of films gearing up for release in the next two years.

More than ten films Akshay are either in different stages of production or ready for release in the next few weeks. Mission Ranigunj is a survival thriller releasing this Friday. The next on the list are Vedat Marathe Veer Daudle Saat, Startup, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Sky Force, Soorarai Pottru remake and Shankara.

Apart from these, he has franchise movies like Hera Pheri 3, Housefull 5, Welcome 3, and Singham Again in the making. This list is leaving the top league actors in Bollywood and the South in shock at how he is managing these many films at a time while they could not finish one film in a year’s time.

Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan was released this year and his Tiger 3 is in making for next year’s release. Shah Rukh Khan managed to release two films Pathaan and Jawan this year and Dunki is releasing this December, but he is just back from a three-year-long break.

Even in the Telugu film industry, Mahesh Babu’s Sarkaaru Vaari Paata was released in 2022 and his next movie Guntur Kaaram is coming for Sankrathi 2024. Prabhas could release his Adipurush and Salaar is coming in December. Allu Arjun, NTR, and Ram Charan did not have a release in 2023 at all.

It would be great to see if our heroes at least make efforts to release at least two films a year, though they could never beat the numbers of Akshay Kumar.
