In a recent meeting concerning the prestigious Nandi Awards, Posani Krishna Murali, the State Film and TV Development Corporation Chairman, made significant remarks that have sparked discussions within the film industry.
Posani began by referencing Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s commitment to extend support to the film industry in Andhra Pradesh. He mentioned that Jagan was willing to facilitate the industry’s growth and development.
Posani expressed that the government aims to create a favorable environment for the film industry to thrive in Andhra Pradesh, making it an attractive destination for film production.
Posani expressed a commitment to supporting and uplifting the status of struggling artists. He declared that all movie actors, including junior artists and technicians, would receive identity cards, ensuring recognition and representation.
“For us, both Jr NTR and Junior artists are the same. We don’t differentiate between them. We will make the information of all the artists available online and create a well-structured and organized platform that benefits both artists and filmmakers,” he said.
