Whatte Feat! Jr NTR In Academy’s Class Of Actors

Global superstar Jr. NTR’s eagerly-awaiting fans, who are eagerly anticipating his upcoming movie “Devara,” have received some fantastic news. This news isn’t just national; it’s international, coming right after this year’s Oscars.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences recently unveiled its new class of actors, and guess whose name made the list? None other than Jr. NTR himself. The official Academy announcement was shared on their Instagram page, with the caption, “Introducing the Academy’s new member class of actors.” Jr. NTR’s inclusion is specifically for his role in the highly anticipated “RRR” movie. The caption further states, “The Academy is thrilled to welcome N.T. Rama Rao Jr., along with some other notable Hollywood actors: Huy Quan, Marsha Stephanie Blake, Kerry Condon, and Rosa Salazar to the Actors Branch.”

Naturally, Jr. NTR’s fans were ecstatic to see his name featured on this prestigious list, and with the release of “Devara” slated for 2024, they have even more reason to celebrate.

It’s worth noting that Jr. NTR’s previous movie, “RRR,” received acclaim by winning two awards: Best Foreign Language Film and Best Original Song for “Naatu Naatu.” “Naatu Naatu” also claimed the Best Song title at this year’s 80th Golden Globe Awards in Los Angeles. Furthermore, it earned four major accolades at the Hollywood Critics Association Awards, including one for the Oscar-winning “Naatu Naatu.”
