Mrunal Thakur’s ‘Pippa’ is Diwali winner!

“Pippa” is a new film on Amazon Prime Video, featuring Ishaan Khatter, Mrunal Thakur, Priyannlu Painuli, and Soni Razdan in leading roles. The movie stands out as a Diwali release directly on the OTT platform. The film has received a positive response from the audience, contributing to Amazon Prime’s continued dominance in the number one position across India. Additionally, the film pushed Rajinikanth’s “Jailer” to second position on the platform.

Set against war, Ishaan Khatter plays a crucial role in “Pippa.” The storyline revolves around the Indian Army thwarting Pakistan’s attempt to invade Bangladesh and transform it into East Pakistan.

The film effectively portrays the atrocities committed by Pakistan in Bangladesh, shedding light on the brutal treatment of those advocating for Bangladesh’s liberation, as well as innocent civilians, including women and children.
