Suriya Injured On Kanguva Sets

Suriya is currently immersed in the shooting of his upcoming film, ‘Kanguva,’ directed by Siruthai Siva. Filming is nearing completion, with the final schedule progressing at EVP Film City in Chennai. Meanwhile, we learned that Suriya met with an accident.

The incident occurred at the Kanguva shooting location last night around 11 PM. Reports indicate that a rope camera malfunctioned, falling onto Suriya’s shoulder during a build-up shot, resulting in minor injuries. Thankfully, both the actor and crew members are safe.

Due to the incident, today’s shooting was canceled, and doctors have recommended rest for Suriya. The impact on the filming schedule remains uncertain.

‘Kanguva,’ produced by Studio Green and UV Creations, is a high-budget period fantasy entertainer set for release in nearly 38 languages.

The movie features Suriya, Disha Patani, Bobby Deol, Natty Natraj, Jagapathi Babu, Yogi Babu, among others, with music composed by Devi Sri Prasad.
