Warning Bells Ringing Young Mega Hero!

Carrying the legacy of mega-stardom that was laid like a red carpet by Megastar Chiranjeevi is not that easy. While some of the youngsters from mega-family like Allu Arjun and Ram Charan carved a name for themselves by starting off with regular masala movies and doing some interesting flicks later on, other heroes from the family are actually struggling while a couple of them proved a bit.

Starting his career with superhit “Uppena”, mega nephew Vaishnav Tej, appeared promising and the ₹100 crores grosser gave a feeler that he is here to stay. And now with Aadikeshava, this youngster scored a hat-trick of flops including Konda Polam and Ranga Ranga Vaibhavamga. Not just the choice of films that are failing to click, but also Vaishnav Tej is also not impressive in terms of his acting or screen presence. He appears completely out of sync and not in the mood, in many scenes of Aadikeshava, wondering why he is putting up such a poor acting show. If Vaishnav’s next films are not picked carefully, surely things might go haywire for him, as it happened in the case of Allu Sirish earlier. Only if the youngster could get guidance from seniors like Chiru or Arvind, maybe he get to know what to pick.

If we look at other mega heroes, the likes of Varun Tej and Sai Dharam Tej started with average flicks but then scored hits in the middle to cement their position. But then, delivering back to back flops is now troubling Varun Tej a lot as his latest movie Operation Valentine is not getting enough buzz due to the bad-show of Gandeevadhari Arjun and Ghani earlier. And Sai Dharam Tej scored a good hit with Virupaksha recently, and he has to consolidate that with some good movie follow-up.
