Sivakarthikeyan, known for romantic dramas and action thrillers is attempting a new film in the sci-fi drama. Titled Ayalaan, the film will have a simultaneous release in Telugu along with the Tamil version for this Sankranthi. Directed by R Ravikumar, the film features Rakul Preet Singh as the female lead.
The film narrates the tale of an extraterrestrial visitor seeking human assistance in the battle against the insatiable greed of fellow humans on the mainland. The trailer leaves an indelible mark with its captivating visuals, stirring emotions, and a background score that promises to elevate the overall viewing experience. However, the emotion quotient is missing in the trailer. Laced with action sequences and a hurried scenic flow, the trailer lacked emotional content.
The ensemble cast, including Sharad Kelkar, Isha Koppikar, Bhanu Priya, and Yogi Babu, adds depth to the narrative.
Produced by Kotapadi J Rajesh under the banners of 24 AM Studios and PhantomFX Studios, the film will hit the screens on 12th January, along with Guntur Kaaram and HanuMan.
