Inside Talk: Telangana Govt Not Happy With Tollywood?

The makers of “Guntur Kaaram” are dead shocked as they are not getting permission to conduct a pre-release event of the movie at a public ground where thousands of fans could come. Even after applying for permission at other grounds than Yousufguda Police Grounds, Khaitlapur Grounds and others, they didn’t get a positive response. In this connection, it is being heard in Film Nagar that the newly formed Telangana Government is unhappy with Tollywood at the moment, and hence the permission is not coming.

While many senior stars rushed to Yashoda Hospital to catch up with recovering former CM KCR, they haven’t rushed to meet the incumbent Chief Minister Revanth Reddy in the same way.

Also, they haven’t invited the Cinematography Minister for any special felicitation from the film industry’s side which is said to have hurt the Congress rulers. All these acts along with the Film Industry’s big producers and stars not meeting Revanth Reddy, are said to have been the major reason that worried the bosses, and hence the permissions are not coming.

On the other hand, some film biggies are said to be getting ready to meet Telangana CM as a unit such that the communication gap will be cleared first. Even the public think that Tollywood rushed to the previous government big time and maintained lots of cordial relations with them, but isn’t doing the same with the newly formed government in Telangana.
