Young Tiger NTR and Koratala Siva have collaborated in the past for the film Janatha Garage, and it became a hit. The duo is now working again on an exciting film titled Devara. The film unit launched a glimpse yesterday, which received a positive response from everyone. But, the fans can’t come out of a jinx that is no open secret in the film industry.
There is a jinx in the film industry that the actors who work with SS Rajamouli will immediately taste a flop, which was even proved when Ram Charan tasted a flop with Acharya right after RRR. Hence, the eyes are currently on NTR.
Interestingly, NTR is showcased in the mass character, per the fans’ desires. The team carefully designed his look, and the way the fight sequence from the glimpse was designed is impressive. Anirudh’ ‘s music also added an interesting touch to it.
However, what is disappointing is the fans did not thoroughly enjoy the success of the teaser as they kept wondering if the content of Devara would be strong enough to break the jinx that was haunting them. The fans are worried that the film will become another Acharya as Koratala disappointed the audiences when there was huge pressure on him in the past.
But Koratala Siva seems determined to come up with a story that would not only elevate NTR’s role but also bring huge laurels for him. Especially at the time when NTR has achieved global stardom, we have to see if the film would cater to a wide range of audiences.
On a concluding note, it is even too early to make assumptions about the film’s success with the limited content we have seen.
