Talented director VI Anand is coming up with the movie “Ooru Peru Bhairavakona” which is hitting cinemas on February 16th. While promoting the film, the director explained at large regarding his fascination towards fantasy films that deal with death, souls and the afterlife. His movies like Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada, Okka Kshanam and Ooru Peru Bhairavakona reflect these things. And here comes an interesting snippet.
After the release of his film “Tiger” with Sandeep Kishan, in fact, the buzz was everywhere that VI Anand would be directing a film with Allu Arjun. “Yes, I was supposed to do a film with Bunny garu, and pitched a couple of lines to him. In fact, we thought of doing a sci-fi movie but things didn’t work out as Bunny garu wanted something larger than life, and which I didn’t write about at that point in time. Shortly we may team up again, but for now, I’ve a commitment in Geetha Arts to direct a film with Nikhil” the director said when Gulte.com questioned him the same.
On the other hand, VI Anand promises that Ooru Peru Bhairavakona will not be a brain-testing movie for the audience, but will be a fun and entertaining ride that will have a twist coming up for each 10 minutes, while the interval twist and pre-climax twist will blow their minds.
