Mega daughter Niharika Konidela is getting ready to enthrall the audience as a show host of the upcoming ‘Chef Mantra’ which will be streamed on AHA OTT platform. On that note, the actress sat with Gulte.com’s Lokesh Bandi to discuss at length about her career, work and other things.
Talking about her current plans, Niharika revealed that she’s saving a lot of money these days to fuel her travel plans, as she went to the likes of Kenya, Turkey and other places these days. When quizzed about why she’s not becoming a big star heroine in commercial movies but rather trying her hand at various roles as a producer, host and presenter, the actress honestly admits- “I’ve never got any offer for a commercial movie from any director. If they call me, definitely I will be taking up those roles”, she says, adding that she will turn up for an audition too if called.
When quizzed about her plans regarding the Andhra Pradesh elections, as her father Nagababu is likely to contest on Janasena’s ticket, the actress says, “I will go for the campaigning even this time too. I’ve read Janasena’s manifesto as well to make sure that my presence at the canvassing will really matter”.
On OTTs: “I’ve already done shows for Disney+Hotstar and Zee5. My next show is being produced for SonyLiv. Now I’m hosting Chef Mantra on Aha. Very soon I’m coming up with many new ventures”, said Niharika Konidela. Do watch the full interview, to know more about the plans of the actress.
