Tillu Square And Family Star: Cash On Holidays, Survive The IPL

Siddhu Jonnalagadda’s Tillu Square faced multiple postponements though the movie was completed and ready to go out into theaters long back. There were many reasons for that, but Tillu Square seems to be releasing at the right time and so is Vijay Deverakonda’s Family Star.

Tillu Square is releasing this Friday, March 29th in theaters, and Vijay Deverakonda’s Family Star is coming out on April 5th. Tillu Square is enjoying huge hype already with the surprise blockbuster DJ Tillu and Family Star has Dil Raju brand known for delivering perfect family entertainers. Tillu has Anupama Parameswaran raising the bar with her never-before sultry look and role while Family Star has the very beautiful golden girl Mrunal Thakur.

Speaking about positives, both these two movies and other films releasing this week and the next have more than 12 holidays with Good Friday, Babu Jagjivanram Jayanthi, Ugadi, Ramzan, and Rama Navami along with weekends counted in the next four weeks. All that these films need is a decent talk and it should be a cakewalk to have a great run in theaters and mint money.

Though there are many favorable conditions for these films, there is one big threat to them. With the IPL 2024 going on, the final match will be held on May 26. Needless to say, IPL has always impacted the films unless they garnered really a good talk.

Well, let us see if Tillu Square and Family Star manage to get a decent talk and survive the IPL to become hit movies.
