Hmmm! Another Choreographer Turning Director

Recently it is choreographer Vijay Binni who has proved big time that another dance master has really arrived at filmmaking. Previously we have the likes of Lawrence and Amma Rajasekhar directing some films, but only a few of them clicked, while the former is still doing movies as a director. Here is the newest addition now.

Among the current generation of technicians, many choreographers like Jaani and Sekhar VJ kept away from directing movies though their Bollywood counterparts do it a lot. However, Ganesh Master, known for composing many songs for Powerstar Pawan Kalyan is now debuting as a director. He will be directing his first movie which will have Prabhas’ cousin as the leading man, which is getting launched today.

Well, in recent times, choreographers who have turned to direction maintained well with visuals and emotions but failed to look at the story and character-arc part drastically. Barring Vijay Binni’s Naa Saami Ranga, other choreographers didn’t succeed. We have to see in what category this star dance master Ganesh will fall into after his debut film releases.
