This Shot From Kalki’s Teaser Is Blowing Minds

Other day the teaser of Big B’s ‘Ashwathhama’ character from director Nag Ashwini’s epic creation, Superstar Prabhas’ Kalki 2898 AD, is out. Like it happened earlier, the teaser has once again doubled the expectations on the sci-fi action thriller being produced by Ashwini Dutt on a large scale.

Especially the teaser of Ashwathhama has one particular shot that just goes out in a split second. But netizens are too addicted to the film that they have frozen the shot and started talking about it. As it deals with the de-aged version of Amitabh, achieved through modern cutting-edge visual effects technology, and they say that Big B looks terrific. The visual effects made sure that Big B looked especially the way he used to look that angry young man in the 70s Bollywood cinema. Earlier when filmmakers tried to de-age senior heroes through VFX, they got criticised for their poor creativity. Keeping those things in mind, it looks like Nag Ashwin got these visuals pretty right.

On the other hand, the teaser was also appreciated for its creativity, as Nag Ashwin made sure that the teaser would have boys speaking in five different languages with Amitabh Bachchan’s character, thus eliminating the need to dub it in different languages.
