Buzz: A Serious Deficit Of Heroes For Crazy Directors?

Well, the topic everywhere is that Telugu directors are going places as the likes of Sandeep Reddy have already made films with two Bollywood superstars and now the likes of Gopichand Malineni, Prashanth Varma and other directors are also treading on the same path.

But if we look at this from another angle, surely it gives a different and realistic estimation of the situation here. Have a look.

In fact, the likes of Gopichand Malineni and Prashanth Varma are actually supposed to work with the likes of Raviteja and Prabhas respectively, but things didn’t really happen. While Ravi’s film with Malineni got called off, Prashant’s supposed movies with big stars are not close to taking off as the dates of those heroes are not available. Yes, many happening Telugu heroes like Bunny, Charan, Tarak, Nani, and Vijay Devarakonda are busy with some big project or the other and they are not available immediately. For that same reason, these Telugu directors are looking North, roping in Bollywood’s big superstars who are giving them dates immediately.

Seriously speaking, these crazy directors who have just delivered a blockbuster don’t have any Telugu hero immediately available to them. And though Tier-2 and Tier-3 heroes are available, these directors are not ready to carve out a project with them. And the deficit of star heroes is now leading these crazy directors to go to Bollywood and some are interested in Kollywood as well. That’s the story— what do you say, folks?
