The upcoming science fiction film Kalki 2898 AD has been making waves with its star-studded cast, including Superstar Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan. However, one surprise that has caught everyone’s attention is the inclusion of Mrunal Thakur in the film.
Mrunal Thakur, known for her roles in films like Sita Ramam and Hi Nanna, has made a bold choice by taking on a role that is significantly different from her previous performances.
Her character in Kalki 2898 AD is that of a mother, which is a departure from her typical roles as a young woman. According to reports, she will be seen as the mother of Prabhas in the childhood version of Bhairava, which is a daring move for the actress.
After the flop show of “Family Star”, many are actually wondering what would be Mrunal’s next move in Tollywood provided with the fact that the movie brought lots of negativity towards her acting skills too. Looks like Nag Ashwin’s Kalki will wipe out all the talk and showcase a new Mrunal to the Telugu audience.
