‘Not For Records but for Audiences’ says Kalki Producer

Vyjayanthi Movies successfully released the film Kalki 2898 AD yesterday in theatres across the globe. The film already created big records at the box office. Directed by Nag Ashwin, the film features Prabhas as the lead. The film’s producers are receiving a lot of questions about the box office records.

Swapna Dutt, one of the movie’s co-producers, has responded to these questions on the box office collections and records. She has cleverly mentioned that she did the film for audiences and did not make it for the case of records.

“It’s very amazing that people are calling or asking, did we cross records? It’s hilarious because guys who create or created those records never make films for the records. We make for the audience. We make for the love of cinema. We did the same,” read the tweet from Swapna Dutt.

Ashwini Dutt Chalasani is the film’s producer who is currently enjoying the big success.
