Meanwhile, Kalki 2898 AD beats Baahubali 2 record in North America. This sci-fi directed by Nag Ashwin has breached $10 Million (83 Cr), with Sunday advance bookings of $590K+. The numbers are going to be bigger, by the end of Sunday.
Kalki 2898 AD is reportedly the highest-budgeted Indian movie, and this Vyjayanthi Production venture is likely to make profitable business through theatrical business alone.
The film’s sequel is expected to arrive next year.
