Kalki Slows Down, Indian2 Failed To Pic Up

Kalki 2898 AD is one of the super hits in the recent times. The film was released on the 27th of last month and has emerged as a big blockbuster. Starring Prabhas in the lead role, the film displayed great domination at the box office so far. The film has created new records in Telugu states. But it slowed down now, and the upcoming release, Bharateeyudu 2, failed to take advantage.

Starring Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan in the lead role, Bharateeyudu 2 is the sequel of the super hit film Bharateeyudu. Shankar directed the film, and they were successful in convincing the Telangana government to get special rates for the movie tickets. The advance sales of Bharateeyudu 2 are not encouraging and they are failing to pick up.

However, the pre-release buzz is not very encouraging for the film, so Bharateeyudu 2 could not take advantage of Kalki’s slowdown at the box office. The film was made on a grand scale, and it has a big budget and high stakes.

With the possibility of the third part in making, the film needs to make the most of it. We have to see if Bharateeyudu can dominate at the box office, at least after the release.
