Two Heroines On Signing Spree Before Debut Film’s Release

The heroine scarcity seems to be a never-ending concern in the Telugu cinema industry. If one heroine scores a success or she appears in a star hero’s film, the other filmmakers stand in line for her nod in their next film.

It looks like two new heroines to Telugu have become the most wanted right now. Late Bollywood actress Sridevi’s daughter Janhvi Kapoor is one of them and Mr Bachchan’s heroine Bhagyasree Borse is the other one. Janhvi Kapoor and Bhagyasree Borse signed two more films each while their debut movies are yet to be released.

Janhvi Kapoor acted in a few films in Bollywood, but she has not actually picked a solid commercial film so far in Hindi. Director Koratala Siva is bringing Janhvi Kapoor to Telugu filmdom with the highly anticipated film Devara of NTR. While the craze for her among the Telugu audience is huge, the actress reportedly signed in for two more films in Telugu. Janhvi Kapoor will be starring in Ram Charan’s RC16 directed by Buchi Babu Sana and she will be pairing opposite Nani in #Nani33.

On the other side, Mr Bachchan’s heroine Bhagyasree Borse turned all the eyes to her with one song glimpse. It looks like she replaced Sreeleela from Vijay Deverakonda’s next with Jersey director Gowtham Tinnanuri. #VD12 will be her second film and Bhagyasree Borse reportedly signed in for Dulquer Salmaan’s next Telugu film.

It has to be seen if Janhvi Kapoor and Bhagyasree Borse become the new top-tier actresses in Telugu.
