Telangana BJP MP Warns Rajamouli On Bheem Teaser

The controversy surrounding the Komaram Bheem teaser from the ‘RRR’ movie is not going to end anytime soon. A day after the teaser launch, Adivasis from Adilabad district raised severe objections and demanded director Rajamouli to take down the teaser immediately. Now BJP MP from the district has issued a strong warning.

Strongly opposing Jr NTR as Komaram Bheem wearing the skullcap of Muslims, MP Soyam Bapu Rao asked director Rajamouli to remove those scenes with immediate effect. “Showing the protagonist wearing the skullcap is insulting Adivasis. This scene should be removed from the main movie. If not when the film releases, we would burn the theatres,” said MP Bapu Rao.

“How can the director manipulate the history? First Rajamouli should learn the facts about the life of Komaram Bheem. He is our Adivasis God and showing him in poor light will have to face consequences,” state the BJP MP.

Well, immediately after the teaser and poster was out, many had doubts about this particular skullcap row. Rajamouli issued a clarification that this is a fictional story but the dust is not settling down.

Will Rajamouli issue another clarification? As of now he is occupied with the shooting and once he wraps up all the activities related to the movie, then the controversy might be dealt in an appropriate way.
