Decisions Of The Past Put Prabhas In A Fix!

Young Rebel Star Prabhas made his debut with the film Eeshwar. No one expected that Prabhas would become a National star then. But, with Baahubali, Prabhas achieved something no one had ever achieved from Tollywood. The immense fame that Prabhas earned with Baahubali is unimaginable. At one point, Prabhas also failed to estimate the same and decided to give chances to young filmmakers. Prabhas gave a chance to Sujeeth who was one film older then. Prabhas also promised a film for Radha Krishna Kumar and kept the same with ‘Radhe Shyam’ now.

However, Saaho failed to reach the expectations of the audiences. Although Saaho failed in Bollywood, his stardom remains the same. Prabhas was supposed to correct the failure but he brought forward ‘Radhe Shyam’ to the floors. The film’s shoot began long back and the film unit struggling hard to wrap it up. The film was under production in Georgia when the lockdown was announced. After several months, the film unit went back to Italy for the shoot and received the shock of the second wave of Corona Virus.

The reports reveal that the makers had to wrap up the film’s shoot early and return to India. The film unit is now planning to erect special sets in Hyderabad and match to the original locations.

Had Prabhas signed films with experienced pan-India directors who enjoy stardom, right after Baahubali, it would have been a different case. But, these decisions to work with young filmmakers from the past could be haunting Prabhas for a while now. His next films are with Nag Ashwin and Om Raut.
