Babu Back To Mass!

Hero Sudheer Babu had made his acting debut with the youthful romantic comedy ‘SMS’. He made a decent impression as a lover boy in the movie. He later played yet another soft, classy role in the blockbuster horror comedy ‘Prema Katha Chitram’. However, he didn’t get much credit for the film’s success.

It was then that Sudheer Babu had changed tracks and did an out and out mass action entertainer with ‘Aadu Magadra Bujji’. But much to his disappointment, the film was a colossal failure at the box office.

Since then, Sudheer Babu has stayed away from commercial mass entertainers and mostly confined himself to class entertainers. He went on to act in niche films like Krishnamma Kalipindi Iddarini, Bhale Manchi Roju, Sammohanam, Nannu Dochukunduvate, Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayalu and the recently released action thriller ‘V’.

But it looks like Sudheer Babu has changed his strategy once again with his upcoming film ‘Sridevi Soda Centre’. The film’s motion poster was released a couple of days ago and it promises to be a full-on mass entertainer. We will have to see if this u-turn will help Sudheer score a solid success and consolidate his position in Tollywood.

Sridevi Soda Centre is being directed by Palasa 1978 and Metro Kathalu fame Karuna Kumar. The film is being produced by Sudheer’s friends Vijay Chilla and Shashi Devireddy.
