The benefit shows and ticket hikes details of Pushpa 2 are out now. The government of Telangana allowed benefit shows at 09.30 PM on December 4 across the state. The ticket rates have been hiked at different levels for single screens and multiplexes.
With the GO released, ticket booking will open in a few minutes on online platforms, BookMyShow and District. The makers of Pushpa 2 officially teamed up with the District ticketing app. Thus, the bookings will open on District first. District officially announced that the bookings of Telangana will open at 04.56 pm. BookMyShow bookings are expected to be released sometime after District.
This will hugely impact the hourly sales on BookMyShow, with bookings now split across multiple platforms. For the unversed, District is a new ticketing app launched by Zomato, after acquiring PayTM Insider and Ticket New. It was officially launched a couple of weeks ago and the partnership with Pushpa will definitely bring a huge userbase to the platform.
Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa 2 features Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead roles. Fahadh Faasil, Sunil, Anasuya and Jagapathi Babu played other pivotal roles in it.
