Pushpa 2: The Rule is the new film at the box office now. Starring Allu Arjun in the lead role and directed by Sukumar, the movie opened to a positive response at the ticket windows. The reviewers and critics in South have given a thumbs up for the film already. However, the same is the case in the North belt.
Most of the critics and the review writers who have watched the film are raving the performance of Allu Arjun. They are floored by the way Allu Arjun effortlessly played the multi-shaded Pushpa character in the film.
Popular website Pinkvilla gave 3 stars out of 5, calling it a pakka commercial potboiler. Filmfare called the film a pure mass entertainer and rated it 4 on 5 stars. Times of India gave 3 out of 5 stars and opined that the film surpasses its predecessor in scale, storytelling, and emotional depth.
The critics at Firstpost granted 4 out of 5 stars to the film and called it a bonafide massy blockbuster. Times Now and Zoom network felt that Allu Arjun Fires All Cylinders In Sukumar’s Mass Entertainer. Critic Taran Adarsh has given 4.5 stars to the film which is a significant achievement.
Bollywood Hungama has also given 4.5 stars on 5 and named it a wildfire entertainer. Bollywood Life mentioned that Allu Arjun sets the screen on fire with an electrifying performance in their review. Peeping Moon gave 4 out of 5 stars again.
Almost every review in the North has given 3 or more than 3 stars to the film. Needless to say that, brand Allu Arjun is growing without any hurdles.
