Breaking: Allu Arjun Files Urgent Lunch Motion Petition In HC

Icon Star Allu Arjun already filed a quash petition in Telangana high court against the case filed on him in the stampede incident at Sandhya theatre. In a shocking development, Allu Arjun has been taken to police station today. While the police did not give a clarity if it is an arrest, the sources say that the police will ask for his remand.

Interestingly, Allu Arjun’s lawyers filed an urgent lunch motion petition against this case in high court today. Justice Sridevi’s bench accepted to take up the case for hearing at 4:00 PM today.

As the police officials are preparing to take Allu Arjun to remand after getting him checked at the Gandhi hospital, the lawyers want to file a remand reject request until Monday. Since the court will not be operational over the weekend, the Allu Arjun’s lawyers want the court to hold the arrest until Monday.

Allu Arjun claimed that he does not have any link to the death of the woman at the theatre. He claims that he is not responsible for the same. In 30 more minutes, we will get a big clarity in the case.
