Another Twist: Allu Arjun Has To Spend Night In Jail

Today has been one of the most eventful days pertaining to Tollywood in recent years with the arrest of Allu Arjun. After having been sentenced to 14 days remand term by the Nampalli High Court, Allu Arjun managed to secure bail at the last minute from the Telangana High Court.

Despite the fact that Telangana High Court granted bail for Allu Arjun at around 5:30 PM this evening, he is yet to be let out of the Chanchalguda jail. He might be released in the morning around 7 am.

However, the Superintendent confirmed that Allu Arjun will be spending this night in the Chanchalguda Jail as the bail orders arrived late. Apparently, the Jail authorities are preparing the Class 1 VVIP Manjeera Barack in the jail to accommodate Allu Arjun tonight. He will be given special privileges.

However, the point of concern here is that the High Court has granted bail in the evening itself but the authorities noted that the bail order presented by Allu Arjun’s lawyers is not clear. They required the online uploading of the bail order in order to process Allu Arjun’s release. This saga went on and on and on before it became too late to release Allu Arjun.

Allu Aravind, who was patiently waiting to take Allu Arjun home along with him, reportedly got agitated by what happened and left the jail premises, it seems.

The end result is that Allu Arjun will be spending this night at the Chanchalguda Central Jail, albeit it with VVIP privileges. He is likely to be released from the jail tomorrow morning.
