NTR’s Film is Not Mythological, But a Period Drama

On the occasion of Salaar completing an year at the box office, director Prashanth Neel stepped down for an interesting conversation. In the interview, Prashanth Neel shared the details about the making of the film. During the same interaction, Neel also shared his vision, creative process, and experiences of working with Prabhas. On the other hand, he also opened up about NTR-Neel.

NTR is working with Prashanth Neel for his next film and the project is already carrying huge expectations. When Neel was asked if the project falls under mythological genre, he denied it. The director was planning a mythological series but it will happen later.

“NTR30 is a period film but not mythlogical. The mythological series I was planning will happen a little later,” Prashanth Neel said.

NTR is currently busy with War 2 and most likely, he will join Prashanth Neel’s film from January ending or February. Mythri Movie Makers is bankrolling the project and they are planning to release the film in January 2026.
