Vijay Was Supposed To be ‘Game Changer’?

Game Changer is one of the upcoming films in Telugu, gearing up for a big release on January 10th. Ram Charan played the lead role in it. However, there are reports on social media that the film was supposed to happen with Thalapathy Vijay in the lead role.

As per the reports, Shankar had first approached Vijay for the lead role in the film. But, things did not work in their favor, resulting in the project not happening. Later, Shankar approached Ram Charan, and the rest is history.

Back in 2019, Shankar was in talks with Vijay about a project, and everyone thinks that it was Game Changer. However, there is no clarity on the same. Meanwhile, it is director Karthik Subbaraj who provided the story for Game Changer and Shankar designed a screenplay for the same.

Shankar nad his team worked extensively on the script before they began the shoot. The trailer which was out yesterday has generated a lot of expectations on the film. Kiara Advani plays the female lead and SJ Suryah plays the antagonist.

The film is hitting the screens on January 10th, 2025. Dil Raju is the producer.
