The Pushpa 2 stampede tragedy at Sandhya theater changed the way it used to be at a single-screen theater when a star hero’s movie was released. Fans flock to theaters to grab a ticket for the first-ever show of the movie. With the cutouts, chaos, firecrackers, poster boards, and palabhishekams it used to be a different day, but not anymore. The single-screen theaters now follow the policy, ‘better safe than sorry’.
A picture of the famous theater Sudarshan at RTC X roads made it clear about the release day fan hungama for the Game Changer release. Sudarshan management displayed sa ign board statement saying ‘No Ticket No Entry’.
Not just that, they also clarified that there will be no firecrackers, lighters hit sprays, papers, or poster boards allowed on the premises. The sign also says that the ‘entry should be made in a single line’.
It looks like the theater management is not in the mood for exceptions as they clearly say that anyone who does not follow any of the above instructions may land in jail.
It is clear that the theaters in Hyderabad are keen on avoiding unfortunate incidents during the big releases and the rules they mention make perfect sense.
