Allu Arjun has been relieved by the Nampally Court in the conditions imposed on him related to the Sandhya Theater stampede case. The court has waived the requirement for him to appear in person at the Chikkadapalli Police Station every Sunday.
This decision comes after Allu Arjun filed a petition citing security concerns that could arise from his weekly visits to the police station.
The Nampally Court agreed to his request, noting that he must still cooperate with the ongoing investigation.
Additionally, the court has permitted Allu Arjun to travel abroad, easing the earlier restrictions. The bail was initially granted on the condition that the actor would participate in the investigation following the tragic incident at Sandhya Theater.
This is related to a tragedy that took place at Sandhya theatre on December 4th, 2024 during the premier of Pushpa 2 when a woman named Revathi lost her life. Her son, Sri Tej, is currently undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Hyderabad.
