I Did 90 Percent Of BGM For Pushpa 2: Sam CS

Devi Sri Prasad’s issues with Mythri Movie Makers are kept secrets to the public. However, during the release of Pushpa 2, DSP tried to be active and promoted the film in whatever way he could. At that time, Tamil composer Sam CS claimed major credit for scoring the background music for Pushpa 2. Neither DSP nor the makers of Pushpa 2 officially spoke about the contribution of Sam CS to Pushpa 2. However, Sam once again claims 90 percent of the credit for the Pushpa 2 BGM.

Speaking about the work he has done for Pushpa 2, Sam claims that he could be able to prove everyone that he can do music for a proper commercial entertainer.

“I have almost done 90 percent of the work for the film. DSP also did some score for important scenes. He also worked hard to score the BGM for the film. I tried talking to him but he seems to be busy that time” said Sam CS.

He explained the scenario in which, he came on board. “The reason why I got the chance to work on Pushpa is majorly because the producers wanted to complete the film in time. Devi Sri Prasad sir was working on multiple projects at that time. He was working on Kanguva and also has a show,” Sam said.

“Producer Ravi sir came to me and told to do whatever needs to be done but there is 13 days left. It’s a film of over 3 hours duration. If I do something wrong, people will think I don’t know how to make music. I gave it a thought and then decided that I should work on it. I decided that if I score the BGM, no one in the country should have done it already,” he added.

“However, I have no idea about what issue they have with Devi Sri Prasad,” he concluded.
