Hero Removes Debut Movie Title From His Name

Tamil actor Jayam Ravi needs no introduction to us. As the son of Editor Mohan, he established himself as a successful actor in Tamil. He was recently in the news as his divorce triggered a controversy. Additionally, he is busy recently with the promotions of his new film Kadhalikka Neramillai. Meanwhile, he made an announcement that he will be recognized as Ravi Mohan going forward.

The actor rose to fame after his debut film Jayam has become a hit. Jayam has become his surname. However, on the occasion of Sankranthi, he confirmed that he would not be called Jayam Ravi.

In an official statement, the actor revealed that he will now go by Ravi Mohan, or simply Ravi, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his career. As part of this transformation, he announced the launch of his production house, Ravi Mohan Studios, which aims to nurture aspiring talents and produce meaningful cinema.

Additionally, Ravi plans to consolidate all his fan clubs into a single foundation, emphasizing that his fans remain his greatest strength. In alignment with this new direction, he has updated his social media profiles to reflect his new name.
