Sunkara Krishna Prasad Choudhary aka KP Choudhary is a noted producer in the film circles. However, he is found dead after committing suicide in Goa on Monday. The producer is reportedly known for releasing the Telugu version of the Tamil film Kabali. He spent a bomb to acquire the distribution rights of the movie and created a sensation back then. Not just that, he also had a connection with the drugs case.
In 2023, he was arrested by the Cyberabad Special Operations Team in connection with a drugs case. The officials discovered that KP Choudhary had supplied drugs to several prominent film personalities from both Tollywood and Kollywood. He even had clients in the business circles.
Reportedly, KP Choudhary is undergoing a financial slump, which caused to face pressure from money lenders. After facing many setbacks both in personal an professional career, he opened the OHM pub in Goa, where he allegedly distributed drugs to celebrities.
As of now, the reason for his suicide is unknown and the police officials are investigating into it.
