Director Vassishta made a blockbuster debut with the 2022 film Bimbisara. With that huge success, he got a chance to work with Megastar Chiranjeevi for the film Vishwambhara. It was initially slated for Sankranthi 2025 release but was postponed due to a delay in work.
During his recent visit to Tirumala, Vassishta was asked about Vishwambhara’s release date. Responding to the same, he said that the release date would be announced soon and it is too early to reveal it. Going by his comments, it looks like Vishwambhara’s arrival might not happen this summer, as anticipated.
However, Vassishta said that fans would be fully satisfied with Vishwambhara and called it a blockbuster film. Vassishta was also asked about Bimbisara 2’s update to which he answered that he is now busy with only Vishwambhara and not any other film.
Touted to be a socio-fantasy action drama, Vishwambhara is produced by UV Creations. MM Keeravani is composing the music for it. Trisha is playing the female lead in the movie.
