Vijay Deverakonda, who is on a string of failures, teamed up with director Gautam Thinnanuri for his next. The film was called VD 12 all these days and finally, “Kingdom” was announced as the title of the movie. Along with the teaser and first-look poster, it has been revealed that the movie will hit the screens on May 30.
The makers chose the end of the summer season as their release date, making “Kingdom” possibly the last big release of the season. The summer holidays will be nearing the end at that time and mostly, no big releases will be lined up till the end of June.
So, if it manages to get a decent talk, Kingdom has a chance of having a long run at the box office. Kingdom features Bhagyashree Bhorse as the female lead. Naga Vamshi and Sai Sowjanya are bankrolling the project on banners Sithara Entertainments, Fortune Four Cinemas and Srikara Studios.
