Kollywood superstar Ajith Kumar will be seen in a bold, darker character in his upcoming film Good Bad Ugly, directed by Adhik Ravichandran under Mythri Movie Makers. The Tamil teaser which was released yesterday went viral with 30 M+ views. The Telugu version of the teaser is out now.
The teaser offers a glimpse into Ajith’s character, AK, who embodies a ruthless, no-nonsense figure. A memorable line from the teaser captures the essence of the role: “No matter how much you try to be good, the world will turn you bad.” This, coupled with another line about being forced to take extreme actions, hints at a morally complex and layered character. Fans will also enjoy the nostalgic visuals, referencing some of Ajith’s most iconic looks and dialogues.
Good Bad Ugly boasts an impressive cast, including Trisha Krishnan, Arjun Das, Shine Tom Chacko, Prasanna, Rahul Dev, and Sunil. Abinadhan Ramanujam’s camera work is impressive, whereas GV Prakash Kumar’s electrifying background score adds to the film’s intensity. The grand production values of Mythri Movie Makers further elevate the film’s appeal.
Though the plot is being kept under wraps, the teaser laced with whistle-worthy moments hints at a high-energy, action-packed story, with Ajith in a raw, intense, and morally complex role. Good Bad Ugly is set for release on April 10, and with Ajith’s never-before-seen avatar and Adhik Ravichandran’s dynamic direction, the expectations are very high.
