A piece of news has been making rounds on social media, claiming that Megastar Chiranjeevi has been honored with UK citizenship. However, it has been confirmed that this is entirely false. Reliable sources close to Chiranjeevi have clarified that these reports have no truth.
That being said, a program was indeed planned in the UK to honor Chiranjeevi, but he is not attending it now. The actor, who recently returned from Dubai, is on a short break before resuming work on Vishwambhara.
Earlier, Chiranjeevi received a Golden Visa from the UAE government through Emirates First. It is the visa that is granted to many celebrities across the globe for their accomplished work.
On the work front, Chiranjeevi will also be doing a film with Anil Ravipudi, soon after wrapping the movie Vishwambhara. UV Creations is bankrolling the film.
