Bigg Boss Telugu 9: Vijay Deverakonda To Replace Nagarjuna?

Apparently, young star Vijay Deverakonda has been in talks with the show’s organisers to take the responsibility from Nagarjuna and don the host’s avatar. Bigg Boss Telugu season 9 is expected to commence in May 2025, several months ahead of its usual schedule. If Vijay Deverakonda clinches the baton from Nagarjuna as the show’s host, it will mark the Rowdy Star’s debut as a TV host. Vijay has a massive following among young audiences across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Naturally, the show will be a talking point among the Gen Z audiences.

Hosting Bigg Boss Telugu will also give Vijay Deverakonda an opportunity to connect with the family audience, which, in turn, might help his film career. Vijay has Kingdom gearing up for release on May 30th, while he will commence shooting for Rowdy Janardhan and Rahul Sankrityan’s period action drama this year. On the other hand, Nagarjuna’s Kubera is confirmed for release on June 20th, while Coolie will be released in August this year.
