Rajamouli Adds Mythological Touch To SSMB 29!

Superstar Mahesh Babu teamed up with visionary filmmaker SS Rajamouli for his upcoming film, which is tentatively called SSMB 29. Until now, the makers promoted the movie as a globe-trotting action-adventure set in the forest backdrop. However, we now hear that there is much more to this movie’s storyline.

According to the latest buzz, SSMB 29 will also explore Indian history and mythology. As per sources, the core conflict of the film arises in the ancient city of Kashi. Apparently, the divine past will lead to the action-adventure in forests in the present era. As it is difficult to shoot in Kashi and impossible to recreate the past version of the city, the makers are erecting the set in Hyderabad.

These reports further increased the curiosity about the film’s story and raised expectations to another level. It is heard that Rajamouli is aiming to give an enthraling experience to the audience with this film by shooting in exotic locations and sets in India, Africa and other countries.

Currently, the makers are shooting a few important scenes in Odisha. SSMB 29 features Priyanka Chopra and Prithviraj Sukumaran in other main roles. MM Keeravani is composing the music for it.
