Vijay Okays Puri’s Script In Single Sitting

Director Puri Jagannath is in dire need of a success. After iSmart Shankar, everyone thought that Puri Jagannath bounced back. But with the failures of Liger and Double iSmart, he is back to the failure zone. There have been reports that Puri is in touch with senior heroes like Nagarjuna but we hear that Puri wants to test his luck with a Tamil hero now.

If the reports in the film circles are true, Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi is reportedly in talks with Puri Jagannath for an exciting project. Puri Jagannath needs a senior and experienced actor like Vijay Sethupathi who evinces trust in him. The actor must back Puri strongly that the director can forget about selling the film and solely focus on the craft.

Vijay Sethupathi has experimented a lot in his career and also offered opportunities to new comers. He also worked with directors who were struggling with flops. In the current scenario, the project in the combination of Puri and Vijay looks reality. Puri can complete a project in less time and Vijay also need not give huge number of dates.

Also, Vijay Sethupathi has both family image as well as action hero image between which Puri can play around. Altogether, if the combination sets out in the film space, it would surely bring the much-needed respite to Puri Jagannath.

If the reports are believed to be true, the film will happen under the Puri Connects banner only. Vijay Sethupathi liked the story immensely and allocated the dates immediately. He also approved the story in a single setting.
