‘After Seeing the Trolls, I Understood the Controversy’

Nithiin and Sreeleela are coming up once again with a project titled Robinhood. The film gears up for a grand release the coming Friday. The film is getting much attention as it is in the promotional phase. But, one of the key aspects generating more attention is the special song, Adhi Dha Surprise, performed by Ketika Sharma. Nithiin recently shared his point of view on this.

Despite the criticism, some fans have embraced the song, recreating its signature moves in viral reels. Nithiin responded to the controversy, clarifying his stance. In an interview, he stated that he was not featured in the song and, hence, had no idea about the dance moves. He witnessed it only after seeing the online reactions.

“I was not in the ‘Adira Surprise’ song. I did not see it being filmed either. After its release, there was both positive and negative feedback. We respect everyone’s opinions. I didn’t focus much on the dance steps when I watched the film. But after seeing the trolls, I understood the controversy. But I hope everything goes well,” Nithiin said.

The dance steps, composed by Sekhar Master ,received backlash from netizens, who criticized them as inappropriate. Many also expressed discontent over the actress’s costumes. The controversy escalated when the Telangana State Women’s Commission warned the industry that such indecent choreography should be avoided or strict action would be taken.
