Actress Slams YouTube Channel Over Misleading Thumbnail!

In yet another case of misleading information and misinterpretation, popular Telugu character artiste Gayatri Bhargavi is the latest to fall prey to a leading YouTube channel’s desperate attempts for views through sensationalism. Gayatri took to her Instagram on Sunday and called out the YouTube channel’s misdeeds.

In her latest Insta post, Gayatri revealed that she had given an interview to popular interviewer Swapna for the said YouTube channel. In the interview, Gayatri talked about a painful and sensitive incident involving her husband, an Indian Army officer.

Much to her shock, Gayatri found her interview published with utterly misleading thumbnails and headlines that go like “He was stuck in snow and died on the spot. They chopped his body into snap pieces and sent it in a small container. I used to have sleepless nights.” As Gayatri was reading out the thumbnails, her husband, Vikram, stood behind her.

“Is this the respect the Indian Army deserves? This is misleading information about an army officer and his wife,” Gayatri said, as she goes on to introduce her husband, who says, “Just shows their respect for the army,” and walks away. Gayatri went on to question the YouTube channel and interviewer Swapna about this gross misinterpretation despite multiple requests to change it. She also urged everyone to say “No” to such misleading content and thumbnails. “We demand an apology in public,” she concluded.
