Bollywood has always been the face of Indian cinema since its inception. But over the last few years, the trend has been changing, and not Bollywood but the Telugu film industry is turning out to be the face of Indian cinema, whereas not Mumbai but Hyderabad is turning out to be the cinema hub of India.
Thanks to SS Rajamouli, he opened the gates for Telugu filmmakers to make big films with big vision. After Baahubali, many films from various film industries tried making pan-India movies, but only Telugu films have the highest success rate among them. Not only our audience but also Telugu films are being received well across the country. This trend is expanding the market of Telugu cinema, its actors and directors.
Many Telugu actors who have shifted to Bollywood with bigger dreams are now coming back to Hyderabad and are willing to work in Telugu films. Not only that, but many Bollywood actors and actresses are also showing interest in working in Telugu films. Bollywood producers are approaching Telugu actors and directors for new films. Slowly, with all these trends, Hyderabad is turning out to be the hub of Indian cinema.
The time is not too far for us to witness Hyderabad’s glory as a movie hub after a few years.
