For many people, owning a dream car is exciting—but for some, having a special Vehicle number makes it even more special. They don’t mind spending big money to get the exact number they like. A perfect example is actor and Andhra Pradesh MLA, Nandamuri Balakrishna.
Balakrishna recently bought a brand-new BMW and wanted a fancy number for it. He took part in an auction and successfully got the number TG09 F0001 by paying ₹7.75 lakh.
This auction took place under the Khairatabad RTO office and collected a total of ₹37.15 lakh in a single day for different numbers —a huge amount for one zone.
Interestingly, most of these high-value number plates were purchased by companies rather than individuals, showing how important these fancy numbers are even in the business world.
Balakrishna’s choice shows that for some, it’s not just about the car—but also about having a lucky or stylish number to go with it.
