As Indians woke up today and checked the news and social media, they were filled with pride. The Indian Army and Air Force launched surprise attacks during the night on terrorist camps in Pakistan and PoK. Dozens of terrorist bases were destroyed, and many militants were killed. Families of the Pahalgam attack victims expressed happiness.
The film industry is also reacting. Under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, the operation has gained huge support online. Almost all stars like Chiranjeevi, Jr. NTR, Allu Arjun are posting in support of the mission, and the list of supporters is growing quickly.
Actors were emotionally affected by the recent Pahalgam tragedy, especially since many films have been shot there without issues. Films like Hi Nanna Nani, Kushi, and Mr. Bachchan were all recently filmed in that peaceful place.
Now, that same place became the site of a terrorist attack where innocent people were killed. Historically, many films based on military operations—like Border, URI, and Ground Zero—have become blockbusters. It’s likely someone will make a film about Operation Sindoor too.
Audiences are used to seeing such scenes in movies, but now they’re watching them unfold in real life. And the Army’s real strike against terrorists has given them a thrill that no film can match.
