According to the reports, Chevella Police conducted a raid at Tripura Resort last night upon receiving a tip-off, where Mangli’s birthday bash was being held. It was reported that the party was conducted without prior permission, foreign liquor was served illegally, and a man was caught consuming ganja (marijuana).

Mangli has been booked for hosting the party without taking prior police permission and serving alcohol at the event without getting permission from the excise department. A case has been filed against the resort’s General Manager as well for allowing the event without necessary permissions.

The party was attended by Mangli’s friends, including industry celebrities, like singer Divi and lyricist Kasarla Shyam. They are also under the radar, and the police are expected to serve them with notices concerning the investigation of this case.

During the raid, the police found a person named Damodar consuming marijuana at the party. He has been taken into custody, and the investigation is underway to examine the extent of drug usage at the party.

Mangli is well-known for singing songs like “Ramulo Ramula”, “Geroge Reddy’s Bullet Song”, “Saaranga Dhariya”, “Bhoom Baddhal”, “Jinthak Chithak” and “Laddu Gaani Pelli”.
