Thalapathy Vijay did a film with Dil Raju, titled Varissu. The film did not do great at the box office but worked in Tamil. Vamshi Paidipally directed the film. Speaking in a recent interview, Dil Raju revealed the way Vijay works and approaches all his films. Dil Raju revealed that Vijay is very strict about the days he allocates to a project.
“Vijay has his own rules and he is very strict. When we worked with him, he gave us six months. He told us that he would give 20 days a month and we have to plan the film in that span. At the same time, he is also very much concerned about when a film is starting and when it is ending. He makes sure that a film gets completed in six months,” said Dil Raju, adding, that’s very much helpful for producers.
“If every hero comes up with a similar approach, it is a golden opportunity for producers. There will be a pressure on directors, producers, technicians and everyone to finish the film in time. If the hero gives 15 days or 20 days a month, it will be a big boost. We will take more time for pre-production but the film will complete in time. Today, it is a complete collapse in Telugu film industry and we are reworking on it,” said Dil Raju.
The producer recently released Thammudu and very soon, he will start Rowdy Janardhana, Yellamma and a couple of other projects.
